Chill the Ingredients

Place the bottle of Prosecco and the pineapple juice in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Prepare Glasses

Select champagne flutes or any preferred glasses and set them aside.

Mixing the Mimosa

Combine Ingredients

In each glass, pour 1 ounce of pure pineapple juice. Top with approximately 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco, allowing the mixture to gently combine.

Garnish (optional)

If desired, garnish each mimosa with a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass and a mint leaf for added freshness.
