Preparation

1

Squeeze Oranges

Start by cutting the oranges in half. Using a citrus juicer or reamer, squeeze the juice from the oranges until you have 2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice. Strain the juice if you prefer a pulp-free drink.

2

Prepare Glasses

Chill your champagne flutes or glasses in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving. This helps keep the mimosas cold and refreshing.

Mixing

3

Combine Ingredients

In each chilled glass, pour 1 part of freshly squeezed orange juice (approximately 1/4 cup) and 3 parts of champagne or sparkling wine (approximately 3/4 cup) for a balanced mimosa. Adjust the ratio to taste if you prefer a stronger or lighter drink.

4

Garnish

Gently stir the mixture to combine. Add an orange slice to the rim of each glass for a decorative touch.
