Prepare Juice Base
1. Make Mango Puree
If using fresh mango, peel and chop the mango into chunks. Blend the chunks in a blender until smooth to create the mango puree. If using store-bought puree, ensure it is of high quality.
2. Mix Juices
In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the mango puree and pure orange juice. Stir well until fully combined and smooth.
Prepare Mimosas
3. Combine Ingredients
In a champagne flute or a glass of your choice, pour 1 part of the juice mixture (about 1/3 of the glass) followed by 2 parts Prosecco (about 2/3 of the glass).
4. Garnish
Add fresh mango slices on the rim of the glass or drop them gently into the mimosa for an added touch of color and flavor.
5. Serve
