Mushroom Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roast the Mushrooms
Place the mushrooms, gill side up, on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
Hummus Preparation

Adjust Consistency
Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Burger Assembly

Assemble the Burgers
On each bottom half of the brioche bun, spread a generous amount of hummus.

Add the Roasted Mushroom
Place a roasted Portobello mushroom on top of the hummus.

Top with Brie and Vegetables
Add a slice of Brie cheese, a few lettuce leaves, and slices of tomato.

Drizzle with Balsamic Reduction
Drizzle a teaspoon of balsamic reduction over the top.

Finish the Burger
Top with the other half of the brioche bun, serve immediately, and enjoy.
