Shrimp Preparation

In a large pot, combine 4 cups of water, the halved lemon, bay leaves, and Old Bay seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once chilled, drain the shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels.

Cocktail Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Mix the Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well blended.

  2. 6

    Season the Sauce

Add salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting the flavors as desired.

  1. 7

    Plate the Shrimp

Arrange the chilled shrimp on a serving platter.

  2. 8
