Method

Grilled Pesto Chicken Skewers

    Prepare the Chicken

    Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and marinate in pesto sauce for at least 30 minutes.

    Assemble the Skewers

    Thread the marinated chicken and cherry tomatoes onto wooden skewers, alternating between the two.

    Grill the Skewers

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

Spiced Shrimp Skewers

    Season the Shrimp

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.

    Thread the seasoned shrimp onto wooden skewers.
