Method

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a medium-sized nonstick skillet, crack the eggs and cook them over medium heat until the whites are set and the yolks reach your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up.

Cooking the Bacon

  1. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In another skillet, cook the Applewood smoked bacon over medium heat until it’s crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and let it drain on paper towels.

Preparing Home Fries

  1. 3

    Cook the Home Fries

In the same skillet used for the bacon, add diced potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 10-15 minutes.

Toasting the Bread

  1. 4

    Toast the Whole Grain Bread

While the eggs and potatoes are cooking, toast the whole grain bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Plating

  1. 5

    Serve the Dish

On a plate, arrange the cooked eggs, crispy bacon, golden home fries, and toasted whole grain bread. Enjoy your Business Class breakfast!
