Asian Chili Sauce

Hoisin Glaze

Garlic Butter Herb Sauce

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.

Making the Sauces

  1. 4

    Asian Chili Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine the Asian chili sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

  2. 5

    Hoisin Glaze

In another small saucepan, mix the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Heat gently until warmed through, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 6

    Garlic Butter Herb Sauce

In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Serving

  1. 7

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, divide them into three portions. Toss one portion in the Asian chili sauce, another in the hoisin glaze, and the last in the garlic butter herb sauce.

  2. 8

    Plate and Serve

Serve the wings on a platter with your choice of dipping sauces on the side.
