Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking

Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.
Making the Sauces

Asian Chili Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the Asian chili sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

Hoisin Glaze
In another small saucepan, mix the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Heat gently until warmed through, about 3-4 minutes.

Garlic Butter Herb Sauce
In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
