Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4
Add Cherry Tomatoes
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- 5
Deglaze with White Wine
Pour in the white wine, stirring to deglaze the pan. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Cook Seafood
Add shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels have opened and the shrimp are pink.
