Method

Preparing the Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon marinates, wash and slice the zucchini, bell peppers, and trim the asparagus.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the sliced zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once both the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables.
