Prepare the Chicken
Start by cutting the chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first in flour, shaking off excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each piece is well-coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot, about 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil, frying them in batches if necessary. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken fingers from the oil and drain them on a paper towel. Serve hot.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Soak the Fries
Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add the soaked and drained fries to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fries from the oil and drain them on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while they are still hot.
