Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Meats

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sausage links and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside. Finally, add the ham to the skillet and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add diced bell pepper and onion. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.

Cooking the Scramble

  1. 3

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them together. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 4

    Combine and Scramble

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the sautéed vegetables. Add the cooked bacon, sausage (sliced), and ham. Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set, about 3-5 minutes. Add the pepper jack cheese and stir until melted.

Finishing Touches

  1. 5

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Hashbrowns

In a separate skillet, cook the hashbrowns according to package instructions until crispy.
