Method
Grilled Cheese Sandwich Directions
- 1
Prepare the Bread
Take two slices of bread and spread butter evenly on one side of each slice.
- 2
Assemble the Sandwich
Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on a heated skillet or frying pan. Layer the cheese slices on top, then cover with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- 3
Grill the Sandwich
Cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom slice is golden brown. Carefully flip the sandwich and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the bread is golden brown.
Fries Directions
- 4
Prepare the Fries
Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot according to the manufacturer's instructions, or preheat your oven if using frozen fries.
- 5
Cook the Fries
Add the frozen French fries to the hot oil or spread them on a baking sheet if using the oven. Cook according to package instructions, typically 15-20 minutes, until they are crispy and golden.
- 6
Season the Fries
Once cooked, remove the fries from the oil or oven and immediately sprinkle with salt to taste.
