Crepe Preparation

Make the Crepe Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated.

Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet, swirling to cover the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and smooth.
Assembling the Crepes

Fill the Crepes
Take one crepe and spread a generous amount of cream cheese filling in the center. Fold the crepe over the filling and place on a plate. Repeat with the second crepe.

Add Toppings
Choose your desired topping. For raspberry topping, place fresh raspberries on top. For pecan and bacon caramel, sprinkle chopped pecans and bacon, then drizzle with caramel sauce. For fruit and granola, add granola and huckleberries on top.
