French Toast Batter Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined and smooth.

Dip the Croissants
Take each croissant and dip it into the prepared batter, ensuring it is soaked on both sides. Allow excess batter to drip off.
Cooking the French Toast

Heat the Pan
In a large skillet or griddle, melt butter over medium heat until it bubbles slightly.

Cook the Croissants
Place the dipped croissants in the heated skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
