Waffle Preparation

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix; small lumps are acceptable.

Cook Waffles
Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Granola Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, honey, coconut oil, mixed nuts, dried fruit, and cinnamon. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Bake Granola
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Cool and Store
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
