Scoop the Ice Cream
Using an ice cream scoop, place 2 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream into a dessert bowl or glass.

Brew the Espresso
Brew 1 cup of fresh espresso coffee using an espresso machine. If you prefer, you can add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the espresso while brewing to sweeten it slightly.
