Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix (some lumps are okay).
- 4
Heat the Pan
Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease it lightly with butter or oil.
- 5
Cook the Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the heated skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- 6
Serve
Remove the pancakes from the skillet and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as syrup, fruits, or whipped cream.
