Prepare the Mint
Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities. Gently pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

Boil the Water
In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.
Brewing

Steep the Mint
Once the water has reached a boil, remove the pot from heat. Add the rinsed mint leaves to the hot water and cover the pot with a lid. Let the mint leaves steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong you want the flavor to be.

Strain the Tea
After steeping, use a fine mesh strainer to strain the tea into a teapot or directly into cups, discarding the mint leaves.

Serve Hot
Pour the hot mint tea into cups and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing mint tea!
