Method

Fries Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the fries

Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the package of frozen French fries. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake until they are golden and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes.

  2. 2

    Fry the fries (alternative method)

Alternatively, heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F). Fry the frozen French fries in batches until golden brown and crispy, approximately 4-5 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Topping Assembly

  1. 3

Prepare the chicken or gyro meat

If using chicken, grill or pan-sear the cooked chicken breast until heated through and slice it into bite-sized pieces. If using gyro meat, heat it in a skillet until warmed through.

  2. 4

    Add toppings

Once the fries are cooked, place them on a serving platter. Top the fries generously with the cooked chicken or gyro meat, crumbled feta cheese, and finely chopped fresh parsley.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the tangy garlic sauce

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Final Assembly

  1. 6

    Serve

Drizzle the tangy garlic sauce over the loaded fries just before serving. Enjoy your Loaded Feta Fries warm!
