Pita Bread

Method

Chopped Salad

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper into small, bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and crumbled feta cheese.

  3. 3

    Dress the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Tzatziki

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Mix Well

Stir the mixture until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.

  3. 6

    Chill

Cover and refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Pita Bread

  1. 7

    Warm the Pita

If desired, warm the pita bread in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.

  2. 8

    Serve

Cut the warmed pita bread into halves or quarters for dipping and serving alongside the chopped salad and tzatziki.
