Method

Preparation of Salad

  1. 1

    Chop Vegetables

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion.

  2. 2

    Rinse Garbanzo Beans

Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans under cold water to remove any excess sodium.

  3. 3

    Prepare Olives

Slice the Kalamata olives in half to make them easier to eat in the wrap.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, garbanzo beans, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese. Toss gently to mix.

Assembling the Wrap

  1. 5

    Spread Hummus

Take one flour tortilla and spread 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly across the center of the tortilla.

  2. 6

    Add Salad Mixture

Spoon the salad mixture onto the hummus spread, leaving space at the edges for folding.

  3. 7

    Drizzle Tzatziki

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce over the salad mixture.

  4. 8

    Wrap It Up

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the second tortilla.

  5. 9

    Serve

Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
