Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken strips and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick).

Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Bake the Fries
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt to taste. Mix well.
