Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the grilled onion and Fresno peppers. Dice the tomatoes and chop the cilantro.

  2. 2

    Layer the Nachos

On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread the tri-colored tortilla chips evenly.

  3. 3

    Add Toppings

Layer the grilled onions, Fresno peppers, diced tomatoes, black olives, and braised black beans over the chips.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top and place the platter in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. 5

    Finish with Queso

Once the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and drizzle queso cheese over the nachos.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Top with fresh cilantro, and serve with sour cream and salsa on the side. Optionally, add grilled chicken, steak, or ground beef on top.
