Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lamb

In a bowl, mix the sliced lamb with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Mediterranean spices (like oregano, cumin, and paprika). Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Papas

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and any preferred spices. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

  3. 3

    Grill the Lamb

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated lamb for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and nicely browned.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Gyro

On a piece of naan bread, layer the grilled lamb, diced cucumber, and tomato. Top with tzatziki sauce. Fold the naan to create a wrap.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the granary gyro with a side of crispy papas and extra tzatziki sauce.
