Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Risotto

In a saucepan, heat the chicken broth over low heat. In another pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Arborio rice and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly translucent. Gradually add warm chicken broth, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly until absorbed. Continue until the rice is creamy and al dente, about 18-20 minutes. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

  2. 2

    Cook the Wagyu Sirloin

Season the Wagyu sirloin steak with salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, add the garlic herb compound butter to the pan and baste the steak with it.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

In another skillet, add a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the chef's choice vegetables over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Plate and Serve

On a plate, serve a portion of the risotto, top with the Wagyu sirloin, and arrange the sautéed vegetables alongside. Drizzle any remaining compound butter over the steak for added flavor.
