Steak and Fries

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Rinse them in cold water to remove excess starch, then pat dry with a towel.

  2. 2

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer. Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then drizzle with truffle oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Season the Angus skirt steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the steak against the grain and serve alongside the truffle Parmesan fries.
