Teri Beef

Teri Chicken

Method

Teri Beef Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Add the beef sirloin slices, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the beef from the marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Teri Chicken Preparation

  1. 3

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 4

    Cook the Chicken

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Pour the reserved marinade over the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to glaze. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.

Katsu Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Pork

Season the pork loin with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

  2. 6

    Fry the Katsu

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded pork pieces in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before slicing.

Mahi Preparation

  1. 7

    Marinate the Mahi

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the mahi-mahi fillets and coat well. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 8

    Cook the Mahi

Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the mahi-mahi fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are opaque and flake easily with a fork.
