Using a sharp knife, slice the tuna into thin, even pieces, about 0.5 cm thick. Arrange them neatly on a serving platter.

Boil the octopus for about 30 minutes until tender. Allow it to cool, then slice into thin rounds. Add these rounds to the platter.
