Cooking Pasta

Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing Vegetables

Sauté garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add vegetables
Add bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and spinach to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still vibrant.
Making the Sauce

Combine sauce ingredients
Pour in the vegetable broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 2 minutes.

Add cheese and season
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with black pepper to taste. Mix well until the cheese melts into the sauce.
Combining Pasta and Sauce

Combine everything
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and vegetables are evenly distributed.
Serving

Serve hot
Transfer the Pasta Primavera to serving plates and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
