Chicken Katsu

Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Set up Breading Station
Place flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Marinate the Beef
Slice the beef sirloin thinly against the grain. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Add the beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Marinate the Chicken
Slice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated chicken until browned and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from heat.
Mochiko Chicken

Fry the Mochiko Chicken
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare Garnish
Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the cooked chicken dishes before serving.
