Prepare Jell-O

Dissolve Jell-O
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 box of Jell-O powder with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.

Add Cold Water
Once the Jell-O powder is dissolved, add 1 cup of cold water and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into a tray or individual cups.

Repeat for Other Flavors
Repeat the above steps for the other two boxes of Jell-O powder in separate bowls, using different flavors for variety. Make sure to allow space in the tray for all flavors.
Set and Decorate

Chill Jell-O
Place the tray in the refrigerator and allow the Jell-O to set for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Once set, remove the Jell-O from the refrigerator. Carefully top with whipped cream and arrange fresh fruits on top. Use mint leaves for garnish.
