1. Prepare the Ingredients

Shred the cooked short rib and set aside. Grate the cheddar cheese, slice the jalapeños, and dice the onion.

2. Assemble the Nachos

On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of potato chips. Top with shredded short rib, grated cheddar cheese, cooked corn, diced onion, and sliced jalapeños.

3. Add BBQ Sauce

Drizzle the whiskey BBQ sauce evenly over the nacho toppings.

4. Melt the Cheese
