Brew the Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Steep the Tea
Once the water has reached a boil, remove it from heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Let them steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Remove Tea Bags
After steeping, remove the tea bags from the water and discard them.
Sweeten the Tea (optional)

If you prefer sweet tea, stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar or honey while the tea is still warm. Stir until fully dissolved.
