In a large bowl, combine the pork shoulder with pineapple juice, dried oregano, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the pork is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.

While the pork is resting, heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until they are warm and slightly charred. Keep them warm in a clean kitchen towel.
