Simmer
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for about 2 hours until the beef is tender.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the buttermilk and melted butter. Stir until the dough comes together.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute. Shape it into a round loaf.
