Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean and Prepare the Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the chicken wings. Toss the wings in the bowl until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large deep pot or a deep fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 4

    Fry the Wings

Carefully add the seasoned chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry them for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Saucing

  1. 5

    Choose Your Flavor

In a separate bowl, choose your desired sauce (Buffalo, Barbecue, Teriyaki, or Garlic Parmesan).

  2. 6

    Coat the Wings

Add the fried wings to the bowl with your selected sauce. Toss the wings until they are thoroughly coated in the sauce.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Wings

Serve the sauced wings on a platter. Enjoy them hot and crispy!
