    Prepare the Avocados

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

    Mash the Avocados

    Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired consistency.

    Mix in Ingredients

    Add lime juice, salt, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro to the mashed avocado. Mix well until combined.

    Taste and Adjust

    Taste the guacamole and adjust seasoning if necessary by adding more salt or lime juice as desired.

Hummus

    Blend Ingredients

    In a food processor, combine drained chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, and salt.

    Add Water

    Blend on high until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.

    Taste and Adjust

    Taste the hummus and adjust flavor with more lemon juice or salt if desired.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

    Cook the Spinach

    In a skillet over medium heat, add chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Mix and Bake

    Mix until everything is well combined. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
