Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange the Wings

Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  2. 6

    Combine Ingredients

Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and honey until well combined.

  3. 7

    Simmer the Sauce

Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Preparing the Ranch Dipping Sauce

  1. 8

    Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.

  2. 9

    Chill the Sauce

Cover and refrigerate the ranch dipping sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Finishing Touches

  1. 10

    Toss the Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 11

    Serve

Serve the buffalo wings hot with the ranch dipping sauce on the side for dipping.
