Wings

Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are well coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.

  4. 4

    Add Hot Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in a bowl with hot sauce to coat evenly.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Cut the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

  2. 6

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the cut potatoes into the hot oil in batches, frying for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  4. 8

    Drain and Season

Remove the fries from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
