Method

Fresh Fruit Juices

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and peel the oranges, apples, and lemons. Cut them into smaller pieces to make juicing easier.

  2. 2

    Juice the Fruits

Use a juicer to extract juice from the oranges, apples, and lemons. Collect the juices in a large pitcher.

  3. 3

    Add Mint

Finely chop the mint leaves and stir them into the fruit juice mix. Let it sit for 5 minutes for the flavors to meld.

  4. 4

    Serve

Pour the fresh fruit juice into glasses and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Smoothies

  1. 5

    Prepare the Ingredients

Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Rinse the spinach under cold water.

  2. 6

    Blend the Smoothie

In a blender, combine the banana chunks, spinach, almond milk, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. 7

    Adjust Consistency

If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.

  4. 8

    Serve

Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Iced Teas

  1. 9

    Boil Water

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

  2. 10

    Brew the Tea

Once boiling, remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Steep for 5-7 minutes.

  3. 11

    Sweeten the Tea

Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved. Let the tea cool to room temperature.

  4. 12

    Serve Over Ice

Pour the cooled tea over ice in glasses. Garnish with lemon slices.
