Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
- 4
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Drain the Wings
Using a slotted spoon, remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Sauce Preparation
- 6
Choose Your Sauce
Select your preferred sauce from the options provided: Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or Ranch dressing.
- 7
Toss the Wings
In a large bowl, add the fried wings and pour your chosen sauce over them. Toss the wings until they are thoroughly coated in the sauce.
- 8
Serve
Transfer the wings to a serving platter and serve hot with extra sauce on the side, if desired.
