Preparation

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the wings. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking

Bake the Wings
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
Making Sauces

Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and white vinegar. Mix until well combined and heated through.

Honey BBQ Sauce
In a bowl, mix honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika until smooth.

Lemon Pepper Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and chopped parsley until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Teriyaki Sauce
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.
Coating the Wings

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, divide them into five portions. Toss each portion in one of the sauces of your choice until evenly coated.

Serve the wings hot, garnished with additional parsley or your favorite dipping sauces.
