Method
Proteins Preparation
- 1
Cook Chicken Breast
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). Let rest before slicing.
- 2
Cook Salmon Fillet
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and let rest.
- 3
Cook Tofu
Slice the tofu into thick slabs and press to remove excess moisture. Marinate in soy sauce for about 10 minutes. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Summer Potato Salad Preparation
- 4
Boil Potatoes
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
- 5
Mix Salad Dressing
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 6
Grilled Corn Preparation
- 7
- 8
Grill Corn
Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
Vanilla Berry Cake Preparation
- 9
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
- 10
Mix Batter
In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
- 11
Add Berries
Gently fold in the mixed berries into the batter.
- 12
Bake Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
