Burger Patties

Toppings

Method

Prepare the Burger Patties

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1-inch thick.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill or Pan

Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and add olive oil to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Cook the Patties

Place the turkey patties on the grill or in the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Prepare Toppings

While the patties are cooking, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato and red onion into rings.

  2. 6

    Toast the Buns (optional)

If desired, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  3. 7

    Build the Burger

Once the patties are cooked, place a turkey patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion rings. Finish with the top half of the bun.
