1. Prepare the Chicken
Start by trimming any excess fat from the chicken breasts. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the Grill or Pan
Heat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
4. Cook the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the chicken is golden brown.
5. Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
