Dublin Sauce Preparation

Prepare the Dublin Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth. Set aside.
Sandwich Assembly

Assemble the Sandwich
Take 4 slices of rye bread and spread a generous amount of the Dublin sauce on one side of each slice.

Layer the Ingredients
On 4 slices of rye bread (sauce side up), layer the shaved corned beef or turkey, followed by a layer of sauerkraut, and top with a slice of Swiss cheese. Place the remaining 4 slices of rye bread on top, sauce side down.

Grill the Sandwiches
In a large skillet or griddle, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Place 2 assembled sandwiches in the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches, adding more butter as needed.

Serve
Remove the sandwiches from the skillet, slice in half, and serve hot with extra Dublin sauce on the side.
