Preparation

    Prepare the Spinach

    Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water. Drain and chop it roughly.

    Prepare the Artichoke Hearts

    If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them. Chop into small pieces.

Cooking

    Sauté Spinach and Garlic

    In a large skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Then add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

    Mix Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach and garlic, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

    Bake the Dip

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serving

    Serve with Chips

    Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm alongside a heaping stack of tortilla chips.
