Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the dip.

  2. 2

    Prepare Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for about 2 minutes until wilted. Drain and chop finely.

  3. 3

    Prepare Artichokes

If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them. If using frozen, thaw and drain. Chop them into smaller pieces.

  4. 4

    Mix Base Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth.

Combine and Bake

  1. 5

    Add Spinach and Artichokes

Fold in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

  2. 6

    Add Cheese and Seasoning

Stir in the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

  3. 7

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  4. 8

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

  5. 9

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetable sticks.
