Salmon Fillet

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillet, coating it evenly. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes at room temperature.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillet on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

Serving the Salmon

  1. 4

    Add Sauce

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. You can serve it plain or top it with your choice of orange sauce, BBQ sauce, or bourbon sauce.

  2. 5

    Season to Taste

For additional flavor, sprinkle Cajun seasoning or blackened seasoning on top of the salmon according to your preference.

  3. 6

    Serve with Sides

Plate the salmon alongside your choice of regular or premium side. Enjoy your meal!
